Some questions to spark conversation:

1. What are some of the challenges that you face as a woman and how do you deal with them?

2. Who is your favorite female celebrity/author/musician/politician and why?

3. Do you think that gender issues are being dealt with in the right way in Kenya/USA? What would you do to change them?

4. Do you think that there are enough women in positions of power? If not, what changes should be made?

5. Does Kenyan/American culture promote gender equality? Why or why not?

It seems as though the problems that are being seen with kenyan women and politics are the same that we are dealing with in the states. our recent electiosn were a great success in terms of getting more woemn into positions of power but i think it is a continuing struggle.

I am not that sure of Kenyan culture if it does promote gender equality, but I do know about the American culture. It doesn't promote gender equality. If you look at music video there are just a bunch of women half naked serving men in every why possible. What is that supposed to say about us?

Who do you think can be role model as alady/girl?.I'll be glad if you choose Marth Karua as your role model but gase not to me she is the one, bcoz no matter what hppens she remain constant in whatever she does or whatever she says, just a minute, do you always pay atention when she takes amongst the "Lion mens"e.g Raila, Kenyatta Uhuru and others, she is ever fearless courageos enough. That means she ever qualify her self like other men and understands very well that whatever those guys have she do have. That means gender equality.

Therefore men, you should not distcriminate ladies/ women in anything eventhough they seem to be weak. Remeber any single work that they utter fromtheri mouth means alot and really can make something out in real sense.
